Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician (Multi Skilled) to work on a prestigious static site in Warrington (No vehicle). This is a permanent role paying £29,500.00 basic pa, (40 hours per week Monday to Friday with the possibility of overtime). The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within the building services sector (HVAC). |
Basic salary of £29,500.00
Hours 6.00am - 2.30pm (possibly flexible)
As their maintenance electrician you will be carrying out all reactive maintenance and repair tasks across the site.
Duties & Responsibilities
To undertake reactive maintenance tasks on electrical (generally lighting) and Electrical building Services systems.
To undertake minor installation works such as lighting and small power installations
To carryout fault finding on systems up to 415v
Plant covered may include: power supply (LV), lighting, power generation, HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines.
Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional qualification e.g. City & Guilds 236 Electrical Installation Part 1 & 2
17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
Proven building maintenance experience
Must be presentable and reliable
Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Strong planning and workload management skills with the ability to manage short term and long term activities to agreed deadlines
