We are working with a growing FM company who have an immediate requirement for an experienced Help Desk Manager to head up a busy contract maintenance contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven skills to take on a new challenge

Duties & Requirements:

* Managing a team of nine Operators and a Maintenance Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a busy maintenance contract
* Covering all aspects of Maintenance (including Electrical, AC and Fabric) you will need previous knowledge of managing a facilities help-desk and be confident dealing with clients and staff alike
* Responsible for ensuring SLA's are met according to contract
* Meeting clients regularly to discuss any issues with the contract and making sure that all issues are addressed and rectified as needed
* Using an in-house system to record all work undertaken to ensure billing is correct

Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience as a Help Desk Manager on an FM/Building Management account is essential
* Experience delivering Building Maintenance and Facilities Management
* Ideally have knowledge of facilities within a retail environment
* Able to organise rota's and deal with staff management confidently
* Confident meeting Client Management team and discussing any issues in a measured manner
* Computer literate
* Driving licence
