Mechanical Engineer- North London
Location: Static Role in North London - large prestigious site
Type: Temp to Perm
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
My client is looking for an experienced and competent mechanical maintenance engineer to work on their site in North London. You will be working on a variety of plant including AHU's, Fan coil units, filters and various ventilation and related equipment. Candidates with an L8 qualification are highly desirable.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* City & Guilds - Mechanical Engineer or similar / related
* L8 Testing
* Full Driving License
Candidates must live within 30 minutes commute of the north london site on public transport, so must be within the M25 and ideally in north / north west / north east London. Candidates must also be flexible with working hours as there is a shift pattern in place working days and back shifts (back shift 11am-8pm). Working days are Monday - Friday with occasional overtime available on weekends.
My client is one of the largest FM and building maintenance providers in the UK, providing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to a range of clients of varying sizes.
North London - large static site
You may have experience of the following:, HVAC Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Multi skilled engineer, maintenance engineer, Commercial maintenance engineer, facilities maintenance, FM, building services maintenance.
