My client is a leading manufacturing business within the Worcestershire area and they are currently seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Planning Coordinator to join their growing team.

Working on a Mon to Friday day's basis, you will be an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Planner with the ability to apply your previous maintenance planning background and experience to achieve the very highest levels of plant maintenance improvements on a wide variety of Plant & Equipment.
You will work both individually and as part of a friendly organised team in fast moving/high volume production environment, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Project Lead.

Maintenance & Facilities Planning Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation, development and ownership of a new CMMS package with the provider for the site.
• Planning and coordination of all planned maintenance PM & operator TPM activities on-site.
• Manage all production request work and prioritise for completion.
• Planning and scheduling for shutdowns and plant improvements.
• Understand and interpret KPI's for the facilities department to continually improve the plant and equipment.
• Develop critical spares lists, method statements and risk assessments as part of the CMMS package.
• Maintain and audit all essential maintenance records and files.
• Participation in budgets preparation, tracking and analysis for PM outages.

Maintenance & Facilities Planning Coordinator
Skills and Experience Required
• Experienced Maintenance Planner
• Planning and scheduling experience
• Continuous Improvement Experience
• Microsoft applications
Key Technical/Professional Competencies:
• Proven CMMS planning experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Previous experience of working in a heavy production environment
• Proven knowledge of equipment such as Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Drives, Temperature controls & Vacuum Technology & injection moulding.
• Desirable knowledge of machinery such as injection moulding machines, gas Furnaces, Vacuum furnaces, Robots, sand blasters & precision tools.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work individually or as part of a team
• Computer / PC Literacy
• Clean driving license
