As part of our Global Assurance Team, the successful candidate will manage our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Assurance Systems to align with business rules and global processes, provide support to the corporate and regional teams and to assist with generating group wide assurance reports.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Be responsible for the administration of the HSEQ System (AIM), including user integration, project setup, maintenance, setting and updating profiles.
  • Create and maintain project updates and master data in the system
  • Create and maintain surveillance questionnaires based on current business processes
  • Establish standardised reporting templates and assist in the concerted drive to promote the use of these standard templates and reporting formats in all locations globally
  • Assist end users to customize reports when required
  • Interface with the Vendor Helpdesk when certain system issues cannot be resolved internally and keep users informed on the status of the issue until resolution is achieved
  • Conduct change impact analysis on all proposed document changes using appropriate tools and systems
  • Monitor AIM data for quality and completeness and review all anomalies
  • Provide basic user education and technical support for users of ServiceNow pertaining to the submission of AIM related issues
  • Monitor the performance of the Assurance related systems and troubleshoot issues. Provide ServiceNow and AIM statistics and exception reports
  • Collaborate with Regional Assurance Analysts and other parties to identify and allocate tasks to relevant teams, share lessons learnt and best practices to improve knowledge management
  • Develop and maintain training materials such as Quick Reference Guides and FAQs as well as assist with training of operations staff when required

  • A recognized university degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related discipline with a minimum of six years of working experience
  • At least three years of system administration experience covering configuration, troubleshooting and technical support
  • Experienced in coding / programming, customization and configuration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate work with others, work effectively in a virtual team and contribute to global networks
  • An expert user of MS SharePoint and Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent and highly trustworthy
  • Exposure to HSEQ projects and processes highly advantageous
