New role available for an experienced Finance / Accounting Software Implementation Consultant to join a market leading supplier of software and services for the distribution trades. The company is well established and has a strong reputation in the market, they are keen to grow further both in the UK and internationally. Base salary to £40k plus car allowance and a range of benefits including pension, healthcare and potential bonus.

You will work from a home office with once a fortnight visits to head office and travel to client sites. Ideally you will live somewhere between the Midlands (East or West) down to North London as many of your clients will be Midlands based. All employees play a key part in helping the company to achieve this growth and therefore you should be innovative, determined, client focused and enthusiastic about what you do.

You will be responsible for the full life cycle implementation, conducting business process reviews, gathering requirements, documentation, demonstration, taking accountability for the implementation and delivery of solutions, training and working with your colleagues to ensure that clients are satisfied. You will listen to customers' needs and adapt the software to meet their requirements. You will help define any modifications to the software and testing these to ensure they are fit for purpose, before installation. After go-live you will give user training and initial post live support and hand holding.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

*Prior experience as an Implementation Consultant where you have been responsible for Accounting / Finance / ERP software implementations
*Knowledge of accounting processes (either through on the job experience, or through an accountancy qualification)
*Excellent relationship building and client facing skills
*Professional, positive with a can do attitude
*Clear and confident communicator and willing to travel
