Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London (City). My client is currently looking for two members of staff to complete the team. The successful candidates will be mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally working within a blue chip / commercial office.
This is a temporary role that could last up to 3/4 weeks and pays a competitive hourly rate paying up to £16.00 with the potential to go temp to perm or even turn into a long term temp position
He or she will be immediately available and able to start at shot notice. You will require an understanding of various critical plant in including; Pumps, Motors, Bearings, Plumbing, Boilers, BMS systems, HVAC, Chillers, AHU, FCU's, Water treatment, basic electrical knowledge and building fabric. Duties will include carrying out hands on planned and reactive maintenance within this large / multi-tenanted commercial building
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

* Must be immediate or available to start at short notice
