Maintenance Electrician - Commercial Office - London - Temp - Up To £16.00 Per Hour|
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician / Multi-Skilled Engineer to be based in London (City - St Paul's) on an on going / long term basis (Possible temp to perm)
The successful candidates will be electrically biased with C&G 17th Edition with a proven track record in building maintenance working on the following: Lighting, Small installation, emergency lighting, power distribution, BMS systems, UPS systems, Air Conditioning (AHU/FCU) and general fabric.
He or she will work alongside a small maintenance team on site and will be required to carry out Electrical/Mechanical/Fabric hands on planned and reactive maintenance across this large commercial site (Offices)
This is a temporary to permanent position, which pays an hourly rate up £16.00 per hour based on experience.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
* Electrically qualified
* City & Guilds - 17th Edition
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Immediately available
* Good communication skills
Highly desirable (Not essential)
* Any further qualifications (i.e. Mechanical or Air Conditioning etc)
