Sales & Operations Trainer Our client prides itself on the in depth training and ongoing support it offers new starters and existing staff. The delivery of this training is adapted to each department's specific needs and requirements. The training they provide currently covers the products we offer, systems, sales techniques, compliance and the processes used throughout the company. You will need to be able to adapt your approach to training to suit the individuals you are working with, as well as the type of information and support you are offering. You will need to work well and build good relationships with all of your colleagues, as well as applying a pro-active approach to build your level of knowledge across all NA aspects of the role are: * Delivering training workshops to both new & existing staff * Overseeing assessments for both new & existing staff * Producing and preparing a wide variety of training materials * Offering ad-hoc training support across the business * Continuously liaising with staff across the business with the aim to provide the highest standard of training for all departments * Working as a team to plan and organise training strategies * Undertaking long & short term training projects * Support the Training and Development Manager by recommending improvements to training and processes to ensure material remains fresh and relevantSkills and experience * 2 years' experience in a training or learning and development role desirable * Excellent communication skills * Confident manner and approach * Ability to understand and deliver presentations for new starters and colleagues * Confident in making decisions and giving instructions * Enthusiasm to learn and share knowledge * Computer literate with confidence in working with PowerPoint * Ability to multitask in an organised mannerHours: You will be contracted to work a 35 hour week, usually 9am - NA: £20,000 per annumOur aim is to respond to your application within 48 hours.
