My client who are a well-established and successful Security services provider and who are leading the way in their industry are in the market for an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer to support a number of high profile and recent lucrative contract awards throughout Central Scotland on a full time permanent basis.

Job purpose:

Employed in a field based role covering Central Scotland, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of complex security systems to a number of commercial and industrial contracts within their portfolio whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

? Service, repair and maintain a range of complex security system which can range from IP cameras for CCTV requirements and various access control systems
? Identify, repair and replace system components as necessary
? Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
? To deliver Excellent Customer Service at all times

Essential requirements:

-Proven track record working with the commercial security services setting
-Skill levels in all aspects of servicing and maintenance of various complex security systems
-Ideally have experience using/working with IndigoVision and/or Gallagher security software
-Possess comprehensive technical skills along with extensive experience in commercial fault finding and rectification
-Computer literate (Essential)
-Good problem solving skills.
-Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care with excellent communication skills.
-Willing to contribute to overtime if and when required
-Full UK Drivers Licence.
-Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks

Hours of work are 08.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday however where there is a business need these may vary from time to time.
