Are you interested in bringing your .NET web development expertise to one of the UK's largest charitable organisations and do you want to play a key role in helping them delivery a critical digital communications platform

Based in Bedfordshire in a terrific working location, this organisation are looking for an experienced Developer to join its well-established in-house development team.

Helping them take advantage of the next generation of software development tools, practices and methodologies and an opportunity has arisen for a Lead Systems Developer to work in the in-house development team.

You will lead on design and delivery of complex .NET-based web solutions using industry and best practices based on the CMS platform.

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will be an accomplished and versatile software developer who can work confidently anywhere in the application lifecycle from solutions architecture to application deployment.

Essential skills are: C#, .NET (including MVC), Visual Studio 2013/15, SQL Server 2008/12 and Entity

Knowledge of the following is not essential, but would be an advantage; EPiServer, Responsive HTML, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery or Angular, VSTS, WCF and experience of test automation. Experience of working within agile frameworks would be beneficial.

Based close to Bedford, Cambridge, St Neots, and Peterborough and within a few minutes of the A1 and a rail link
