The Team and Role|
Working within the wider HR team you will report directly to the L&D Manager and support them in delivering the L&D strategy specifically within Professional Services and other allied Functions across the organisation.
To assess, train and coach Advanced group employees within Professional Services and allied areas to increase effectiveness and develop career paths.
Focus on delivering full training cycle (Scoping, LNA, Design, Delivery & Evaluation) for functional learning within Professional Services and allied areas
Identify opportunities to improve functional performance within specialist area by conducting Learning Needs Analyses and designing bespoke blended Training interventions (developing face to face workshops as well as eLearning to drive measurable improvement
Deliver BootCamp and other functional training at on-boarding for High Potential Entry Level recruits (HPEL Programme) and Experienced hires.
Have ownership of BootCamp and Individual On-boarding programmes within Professional Services and allied functions and look for opportunities to accelerate the learning curve and reduce failure rates among new staff.
Evaluate External training requests from within Professional Services and evaluate effectiveness of External training
Support the development of Associate Trainer by offering Coaching and upskilling on the broader training cycle as and when required
Support Management training delivery, training interventions for other functions and other L&D projects as and when required
Develop strong stakeholder relationships with Leaders and Managers across PS and allied functions to providing consultancy on staff learning and development issues within their areas as well as feedback and coaching as required.
Follow up on development actions with delegates and managers to ensure behavioural change
Develop assessment material that can be used to support recruitment and development decisions.
We would like you to have:
Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
CITP or equivalent qualification in Learning Delivery or Learning and Development
Experience working in Professional Services in a commercial business to business environment within the Software Industry Training delivery experience essential
A full understanding of the learning cycle (Scoping learning needs, LNA, Design, Delivery and Evaluation) Experienced in applying coaching skills at all levels of the organisation
An understanding of requirements for Graduate Entry programmes
