Role: Bid Coordinator/Assistant

Salary: Competitive

Location: North London

My client are a National Housing Maintenance contractor that are looking to add an experienced Bid Coordinator to help and assist an experienced bid team. You will contribute to the planned and sustained business growth of the Housing Maintenance division by providing comprehensive and proactive administrative support. The Bid Co-ordinator will support colleagues in the Business Development and Bids team to co-ordinate the administrative element of the end to end process of bids.

Main Duties:

* Manage the OJEU application process in line with client deadlines
* Carry out appraisals of business development opportunities to facilitate decision making at senior management level
* Assist with obtaining bid documentation and distributing to relevant bid team members
* Monitor client web portals during the end to end process to distribute relevant client documentation, updates and clarifications
* Support the Bid team with maintaining the clarification logs for bids
* Co-ordinate regional, divisional and group settlements ensuring the appropriate level of people are available and present within the bid timescales
* Liaise with the Commercial Manager, Estimator and Bid team to produce tender settlement packs for all bids
* Assist Bid team with applying standard company information to pre-qualification questionnaires
* Maintain and improve a bid library of standard information, method statements and case studies
* Produce templates and standardised documentation
* Provide general administrative support for all the bid team
* Maintain and control the stationery ordering function and stationery stock replenishment, ensuring consistency of branding and style where appropriate

Person Specification:

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
* Ability to work in a multi-task environment
* Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team and using own initiative
* Compliancy and accuracy
