£22,000 - 25,000 + 10% shift allowance

An industry leading waste to energy company who are currently expanding their network of plant currently require the services of an experienced Maintenance Fitter to support the operation and maintenance of their newly built Atherstone plant.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful maintenance fitter will be responsible for supervising the receipt of waste, it's processing and the planned and preventative maintenance of the processing equipment with typical work involve fault finding / repair to valves and pumps containing food waste.
The successful Maintenance Fitter will be qualified in mechanical engineering and have previous experience repairing pumps and valves. Due to the nature of the work, candidates need to be prepared to work in / have worked in a food waste, recycling, sewage, or other process environment.
