My client is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Customer Support Engineer, to be based out on the road covering customer sites based in the North and Scotland, on a permanent basis. Their main sites are currently in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester so you will need to be situated near one of these sites although there is a possibility to go further afield than this. |
The Mobile Customer Support Engineer would ensure that the customer site is fully operational to the customer. The role will involve providing remote customer service, preventive maintenance of machines, corrective maintenance of machines, and maintenance of site stock, maintenance and updating of documentation, liaising with customers and service manager.
Successful candidates for the role of Mobile Customer Support Engineer will have previous experience in repairing and maintaining electro-mechanical machinery. Candidates must also have a formal qualification in engineering or a relevant field and have the ability to be flexible as there may be the need to stay away from home Monday - Friday.
Salary: £28K + 15.5% night shift allowance and excellent benefits.
