A large and high profile organisation is looking for Service Delivery Analyst to assist in leading service delivery and improvements

This is a great opportunity to the IT department of an excellent organisation in a newly created role. You will review, audit and report across all IT service delivery areas, to meet customer and business requirements.

The Service Delivery Analyst will be involved in monitoring and reporting against service level agreements and KPI's, and assist with continuous service delivery improvement initiatives. You will also be required to maintain service catalogues and processes.

Skills and experience

The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, taking an analytical approach to problem solving and service delivery. You should have knowledge/experience of ITIL standards or similar methodologies, be able to follow procedures and keep accurate records and documentation. Experience of working in a service delivery analyst role, data analysis and presentation using Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint would also be ideal.
