Project Manager - £30m mixed use project - North London - Construction|
Our Client is a reputable Main Contractor focusing on residential led construction projects for local authorities. Majority of their projects are of a new build and RC Frame nature ranging from £6-100m.
Due to continued growth and success they are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to lead a £30m project as a No.1 based in North London.
Reporting to the Construction Director the Project Manager will be required to have the following:
* Experience with a Main Contractor in construction
* Previous employment as a no. 1 Project Manager
* Previous experience in the London market with good awareness of NHBC regulations.
* Detail conscious with good communication skills.
* Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC)
* A reasonable commute to North London.
Applicants should be suitably qualified with a proven track record of experience in a similar role within the construction NA successful Project Manager will have highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
Salary and Package details:
* 85-95k basic salary depending on experience
* Car Allowance/Company Car (£7,500)
* Pension Contribution
* Generous Holiday Allowance of 25 days
