Assistant Design Manager - Residential Construction (Home builder)

My client is a reputable home builder with 4 offices in the UK specialising in high specification residential construction ranging from £3-15m in value, traditional build. They offer a good training scheme for design candidates that wish to grow with the company for the long term.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Design Manager to add to their dynamic team.

This home builder is seeking the following qualities:

* A 'can do' attitude
* Preferably a design related degree
* 1-2 years work experience in a design related role
* Experience working with a main contractor, developer or architectural practice
* Ambitious attitude
* A passion for residential construction

In return this Home builder can offer the Assistant Design Manager:
