Senior Site Manager/Construction Manager |
£65,000-£70,0000 plus package
Our award winning client are looking to bring on a Senior Site/Construction Manager to work on an RC frame, phased regeneration scheme.
They are one of the biggest and most reputable names in the industry and are involved in some of the most highly sought after residential schemes in the UK. They are known for the highest standards of specification and build excellence.
Senior Site Manager
As The Senior Site/Construction Manager you will be required to fully manage an RC frame block and report into the Senior Project Manager. The whole scheme consists on 40 private sales, 70 social units, 6 shared ownership and 3 retail units. The project value is £40 and this is part of a 10 year plan.
Have experience working within house building for a leading housing developer.
Have a strong track record in delivering 100+ unit projects.
RC Frame experience
Have excellent customer and business communication skills.
You must have 5 years minimum experience of managing medium to large development and a full understanding of UK building regulations.
Experience in the management of Health & Safety, and the design and procurement processes.
You will have strong experience of working closely with customers offering excellent customer care while representing the brand
Basic salary £65k-£70k
Bonus 1 weeks salary at Christmas
Car allowance circa £5000 or company car
Private medical care
Pension scheme contribution by both parties
