Mechanical Test Supervisor |
Up to £35,000
A leading company involved in the testing and certification of construction products are looking for a structural testing supervisor to manage and train test staff in the stevenage.
The role requires a test technician capable of supervising and managing a small team of test operatives. Involved in various different types of mechanical testing the position will require a candidate who has knowledge and practical experience of mechanically biased testing of products preferable within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a mechanically biased testing laboratory with experience of supervising or managing a small team. An organised individual the mechanical test supervisor will be able to plan and develop testing projects in accordance with a strict timeline to maintain good relationships with the companies ever expanding client base.
Key Skills & Requirements
* Experience in a mechanically biased testing position
* Experience with structural testing beneficial but not essential.
* Experience/Potential to manage a small team
* An understanding of British /European standards in line with laboratory testing.
