Associate Electrical Engineer - £70K + Bonus + Package - London

Human Capital Solutions are working with a privately owned building services and sustainability consultancy located in Zone 1, who are seeking to appoint an Associate level engineer to head up the Electrical Design team within their London office.

They have won multiple awards for design innovation and sustainability since their conception four years ago the business has grown to 35 staff across MEP and Sustainability and is looking to grow to 50 in the next year. Working as consultants for buildings, large developments and masterplans, for a diverse range of projects including mixed use developments, hotels/resorts & commercial developments across 30 countries.

They are passionate about designing low and zero carbon projects and their diverse backgrounds and in-depth technical knowledge position them well to provide exceptional added value to design teams and strive to be in tune with their clients' needs and sustainability ambitions.

You will be responsible for producing concept to detailed design of Electrical systems and be responsible for the management of team and delivery of prestigious and technically challenging international projects. Working on a mixture of hotels, holiday resorts, retail and residential with projects including 'The English Point Marina Resort' in Kenya, 'The Soneva Fushi Resort' in the Maldives and 'The Greenwich Peninsula Village' in the UK.

This role will appeal to a switched on and ambitious engineer who is passionate about designing low and zero carbon projects, who wants to continue to develop their management skills within a refreshingly laid back company. You will have completed a degree, have a minimum of 8 years' design experience and have lead teams previously. You will be able to lead client and design team meetings to bring their ideas to life.
