We are seeking an energetic and experienced Network and ServiceDesk Analyst to join IT Services in the Network/ServiceDesk team. Working under the Network and ServiceDesk Manager but with a high degree of autonomy, this is an opportunity to deliver vital Information Technology and Digital provision, both on and offsite, whilst playing a key role in the implementation of new and ever-expanding facilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the correct candidate to develop and hone their skills in a working environment which provides exceptional exposure to a vast array of different information technologies.

You will be a dedicated, experienced and self-motivated individual committed to the provision of an outstanding service to St George's. You will be good at implementing and troubleshooting at a 2nd and 3rd line Support level, able to demonstrate a technical overview, ownership of responsibilities and evidence effective communication skills.

You will have strong experience supporting and administering at least two of the following technologies:

- Windows 7/8/10
- Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2
- Exchange 2013
- Network Switches
- WLAN (Ruckus)
- Active Directory / Group Policy management
- MDM (iOS, Android, Windows, BB)
- VMware ESXi 5.5/6
- Avaya Telephony
- Audio Visual
- SCCM 2012
- Security (Firewall, Web Filtering, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware)
