Customer Insight and Analytics Manager|
Location: London or Hampshire
Salary: circa 55,000 + up to 20% bonus and excellent package

Having recently implemented a world class PEGA decisioning suite, our client is now expanding their Insight department to ensure that they have a top class team on hand to utilise the Next Best Action software in place to drive marketing and shape how they use analytics to support the business. As a result of this exciting change, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Insight and Analytics Manager to join the leadership team and be a part of this amazing journey right from the start.
This role offers a great blend of strategic and tactical responsibilities; you will be taking a hands on approach to solving business challenges and refining current analytical capabilities, whilst also enjoying a strong input into the long term strategy of the business and how it utilises data driven insight. Based in either Hampshire or London, the role has a competitive salary on offer with a truly excellent benefits package with a bonus up to 20%, Car Allowance, Pension scheme and much, much more.
What will you be doing:
• Developing and managing 3 direct reports; you will be responsible for motivating, leading and inspiring a team of Insight Analysts to strive for greatness, whilst ensuring that personal goals and KPI's are met.
• Your main purpose will be delivering commercial impact and value through analysing and exploring structured and unstructured data to unlock opportunities, reliably evaluate risks, and drive analytical projects focussing on segmentation, cross-sell analysis, forecasting, price optimisation, digital analysis, what-if simulations.
• As a key contributor to driving innovation and change you will also play a leading role in defining the appropriate insight or analytical approach to multiple different business challenges and projects.
We are looking for an experienced analytical professional with a proven track record in the delivery of actionable customer insight and analytics models, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or operations research environment.
To be successful you need to have a very good understanding of statistical and modelling techniques and be confident in bringing together customer insights from analysis, research (including social monitoring) and campaign performance analysis to provide clear and comprehensive insights.
Technically, we are looking for strong skills in Excel, VBA, SAS, R and Native SQL programing primarily, but and other statistical software or languages would be advantageous. A history of data cleansing, crunching and transformation is also required alongside strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
