First Line Support Technician, £20,000, Poole|
A market leading communications solutions company based in Poole, require a First Line Support Technician to join their award winning team. As a First Line Support Technician you will be providing first line support by answering technical queries via phone and email, whilst following technical support and training procedures. Along with providing sound technical advice and exceptional customer service you will investigate, document and manage the resolution process whilst continuing to develop your skills and knowledge of the products. This is more interesting than normal First Line Support roles due to really being able to stretch your technical muscles, problem solve and come up with solutions.
To be a successful First Line Support Technician you will have experience and a good understanding of remote support applications and techniques with the ability to identify and solve problems. With your confident customer service skills and excellent computer and IT skills, you will adhere to the company's values through building professional relationships whilst striving to achieve the best possible results. Good written and communication skills, attention to detail and a logical approach to every task you undertake are essential for this role.
