Business Development Executive |
Location: Brentwood Essex
Salary: £35-50k + commission
About The Role
This position is with one of the large suppliers of Software to the recruitment industry. They deliver software and services to global clients based around a range of cloud based solutions. They are looking for a pro-active confident Business Development Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for finding, developing and closing new business and to ensure the clients can see the true competitive advantage.
Emphasis will be placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed monitoring of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline. You will provide product demonstration, customer presentation and close business. You will co-ordinate involvement of pre-sales staff and professional services as required.
This is an office-based role so you must be in commutable location to Brentwood, however you will require to travel as and when required to customer sites.
* Minimum of 2 years related Sales experience (Selling software solutions preferred).
* Staffing and recruitment market knowledge is preferred.
* Must have demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment
* Must have a high energy level, integrity, self motivated & positive attitude
* Must have a working technical knowledge of software components
* Must have proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments
* Must have a strong consultative and solution selling skills (ideally RAIN or SPIN experience).
Must have excellent communication skills
