I am currently recruiting an Assistant Project Manager for my client in South West England. You will be supporting the Senior PM in a team formed of individuals with a variety of disciplines, such as Employers agent, FM/Estates Management, Lifecycle Management, Property Development and others as required to efficiently and professionally ensure the development of a series of projects from inception through to construction completion/occupation.

Key Accountabilities:

To assist in progressing new projects form inception to construction completion and handover, taking the initiative on; the technical solution and outcomes, application of relevant technical standards, business case preparation, appointments and contracts, reporting to and interfacing with client/stakeholders, and operational handover.

Take the lead and manage small projects in line with agreed parameters and solutions.

In order to be considered for this role you will require:

Member of a relevant professional organisation or working towards.
Minimum of 5 years similar experience with demonstrable successes.
Clear understanding of public sector estates issues and requirements.
