Help Desk Coordinator
Bristol Patchway
Up to 22k per annum

We are currently working alongside the UK's leading Facilities Management Company to recruit a Help Desk Coordinator to their Bristol Patchway site.

The Help Desk Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Help Desk calls and emails for various clients.

Responsibilities include;

* Co-ordinate all helpdesk calls and email correspondence for various clients
* To plan and schedule direct labour and sub-contract labour
* Co-ordinate site attendance with sub-contractors and liaise with the client
* Produce planned preventative maintenance work in advance and issue to Engineers
* Complete/ sign off planned preventative maintenance visits onto Maximo system
* To liaise with client representatives for the receipt and issue of work instructions
* To administer and control purchase orders
* General Admin duties

The Ideal Candidate;

* Strong IT Skills
* Previous planning/Scheduling experience would be great but not essential
* Experience with CAFM systems
* Admin experience
