Role Overview:
The P22 Framework supports a culture of collaboration between our fellow Principal Supply Chain Partners, designers and clients. The Framework is worth approximately £600m per annum and selection is not decided by price alone, but quality is an important aspect. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a healthcare business in the London region working in partnership with the regional business units

With a passion to increase market share in healthcare and support the P22 re-bid, we will provide you with the opportunities to expand your role and achieve your full potential. Working as part of the hps team, whilst southern facing you will be required to travel nationally

Key Responsibilities:
Identify future opportunities, develop bid win strategies
Work in collaboration with the regional business units and Framework Management Team to drive and capture best practice
Lead the open day, interview and preparation stages for the bid co-ordinating the design team
Support the production of the expression of interest
Governance of P21+/P22 within your geographic area, targeting repeat business
Working with the Department of Health on specific best practice groups etc
Hands on support during stages 1-3 SOC-FBC when required
Drive continuous improvement in how we bid and deliver projects
Have a track record of work winning on a partnership framework with the focus on quality
P21+ KPI collection and ensuring highest standards are always achieved

Experience and Qualifications:
Must deliver to deadlines and able to manage competing pressures
Have deep domain knowledge of NHS clients and how they manage capital projects and the capital investment manual
Team player, with an ability to get the best content out of our designers and regional business units
Effective communicator, verbally, non-verbally and through the written form
Ability to know when to lead, follow or develop others into leadership roles
Not only the knowledge of NEC3, but the right approach to negation
Able to lead change and re-engineer processes, whilst maintaining commitment from the business units
