Large well known multi-disciplinary Property and Design Management consultancy is expanding its Structural Engineering Buildings Division and is seeking a new key member of staff to assist with this. This role will be based in their London office in SE1, which already houses an established medium sized architectural business, where a structural design team will develop and grow. You will also be remotely managing the other structural engineers in the existing outer London office locations. |
This post will report directly to the Director of Engineering, who is also based in the London office. The aim of this project NA is to be the main support function between the Director of Engineering and the Structural Engineering team. The role will also include hands on design, so you should be a technically excellent structural engineer, MICE or MIStructE qualified, as well as an able people and project manager. You should be dynamic and forward thinking individual who is keen for a new challenge. You will be directly responsible for the day to day line management and performance of the Structural Engineering London team. Your role will include managing client needs, defining projects specifications, managing costs, fees and commercial requirements and ensuring satisfactory and profitable
