ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PETERBOROUGH -TIER 1 CONTRACTOR - 40 - 45K + BENEFITS
This is an exciting opportunity, for an ambitious and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join one of the market leaders in the UK Construction industry. This organization have their turnover secured for the next 15 years and have high profile schemes valued into the £100 million in the pipeline. Successful candidates would be expected to contribute to delivering schemes from inception to completion. Complete a variety of Pre and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying duties across a range of projects. Complete estimates, tender preparation, financial reporting, risk management and attend sites for valuation assessments and maintain regular oral and written communication with clients, contractors and developers.
