WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff is seeking a Transportation Survey Manager. The candidate will be responsible for project management (geospatial) for all transportation survey projects in North Carolina. Some of the requirements for this position will be:
      • Managing multi-discipline projects
      • Coordinate field and office tasks
      • Client relations
      • Staff training and management
      • Proposal preparation

Job Requirements
Experience Required:
      • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills
      • Project Management experience
      • Business development and client relations management.
      • Minimum 12 years surveying experience is preferred
      • Experience should include preparation of work plans, maintaining schedules and budgets, managing resources, preparing and reviewing base maps and other deliverables working with clients and quality control
      • Proven leadership, team-building, and collaboration skills, including a proven track record for meeting established project and business goals
      • Excellent communication and negotiating skills for agreements with consultants and public entities.
      • The ability to speak knowledgeably with other consultants, stakeholders and other governmental agencies
Education Required:
      • Candidates must be registered as a Professional Land Surveyor
      • Must achieve registration in North Carolina as a Professional Land Surveyor within one year
      • Must have a BA/BS degree
      • Ability to work in this country immediately.
