Client Side Consultancy with a nationwide coverage working on Commercial, Residential and Education projects have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Principal Town Planner to join their talented team in St Albans. The Principal Town Planner will be a Chartered member of the RTPI with other accreditations being advantageous.
The Principal Town Planner opening has arisen due to the overall success and increased workload at the company. Therefore, you will need to slot into an existing team in a thriving environment, leading on key projects with a strong working knowledge of local planning policies and procedures.
To apply, the successful Principal Town Planner will hold a degree and/or Masters that has been approved by the RTPI. You will have a wide range of project experience and have had exposure to all aspects of the planning process and experience of mentoring and developing junior members of the planning team. The Principal Town Planner will have previous experience of consultancy work with business development experience being strongly desirable.
