Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to assist senior colleagues in the Building Consultancy Department as well as work independently on occasions to advise their clients. The will be involved in inspecting and surveying buildings as well as dealing with tenants when required. Due to the nature of the role they are looking for someone with technical / contract knowledge and experience of dealing with sub contractors. In addition, the ideal candidate will have:
- Sound knowledge of building surveying and inspection
- Ability to work in a large team including planners, agents, engineers etc
- Contract / Legislation knowledge
- Building Surveying Degree (desirable, not essential)
- BIFM Qualification (desirable, not essential)
This is a full time role with normal working hours 9-5, with flexibility where needed on working pattern, offering a competitive salary and package subject to experience and qualifications.
