Associate Director Building Surveyor - Consultancy|
£60,000 - £65,000 + Full benefits package (Negotiable salary)
The Company and team;
My client is one of the largest real estate consultancies that operate worldwide.
Specializing in all Commercial sectors, my client offer a range of services from Building Surveying through to agency and management.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will join the Building Surveying team on a permanent basis, leading and growing a current team of four. The current team consists of three chartered surveyors and an assistant.
The Associate Director will be put on a plan to become a director within 12 months (this will depend on the Associates determination, and can be done within a much shorter period of time)
The successful Building Surveyor will enjoy a diverse role with a very enthusiastic team working on large multi-million pound projects. The Building surveyor will have a range of duties including;
* Contract Administration and Project Management
* Defect Analysis and Specifications
* Employers Agent on design and build contracts
The Building surveyor will compete project's including;
* New Builds
* Extensions and Alterations
* Other projects
This would suit a senior building Surveyor that is looking for the next step in their career or an Associate Building surveyor that is looking for the opportunity to grow a department, and progress rapidly.
The right Building Surveyor will be chartered and have a number of years' experience within the industry, and looking for the opportunity to progress into a partner position rapidly. You will ideally have the following;
* MRICS with 3 years' working experince
* Experience working with more junior building surveyors, supporting their APC
* Ideally some experience in the management of a team, or the willingness too.
* Have consultancy experience, and experience in some of the above duties
* The ability to recognise opportunities to grow the business, and department
For the right Building Surveyor you will be offered an excellent starting salary of between £60,000 and £65,000, this is fully negotiable, with a discretionary bonus scheme and a full benefits package including pension.
