Business Partnering
  • Support the roll out people activities e.g. performance management cycle, salary planning, talent review and tracking
  • Manage employee relations escalation - investigation, employee grievance, progressive discipline
  • Educate and coach line manager on HR policies, process and system
  • Facilitate people movement process (transfer, promotion, exit)
  • Provide HR reporting/management review indicators
  • Support the delivery of the employee relations strategy for the business including employee consultation as required within agreed parameters
  • Leavers administration, provide exit interview analysis and facilitate retention initiative with business (interviews, etc.)
  • Coordinate monthly payroll adjustments with Payroll/HRIS team with the support from HR Administrator.
  • Initiate, participate and support HR process improvements to improve efficiency
  • Conduct lunch and learn session for line managers and employees to help foster positive employee relations
  • Regularly pulse organization health and partner with leadership to deliver programs that help improve employee engagement
  • Conduct employee briefing or training session on HR programs roll out, new hire induction, soft skills training etc.
  • Any other HR related initiatives or activities as directed by the business from time to time

Leadership Harnessing & Conditioning
  • Plan, design, propose and manage the implementation of suitable leadership and career developmental programs with the objectives to develop, nurture, harness and condition the readiness of Qualified and Potential leaders supply to meet business requirements

Learning Management
  • Translate business requirement learning needs and identify suitable learning requirements, manage and implement the approved learning management curriculum to accelerate the learning capabilities based on learning orientation of 70:20:10
  • Translate targeted Individual Development Plan (IDP) into learning needs with targeted career pathing

Talent Management
  • Implements integrated talent management programs and processes including: goal setting, performance and succession management, individual development planning process, accelerated development of high potential successors, competency models and coaching and mentoring programs
  • Responsible for program and content management and execution support for all talent management programs, processes, systems, tools and best practices across the talent lifecycle
  • Communicates with all levels to gather or convey information pertaining to talent management practices, programs and processes

Remuneration & Benefits
  • To coordinate and work closely with the preferred salary provider on the salary benchmarking exercise
  • To gather information from the relevant authority and salary provider in terms of the current market trend to ensure that the business stays abreast with the latest information to provide leading indication

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Psychology with Specialization in Human Resources
  • 5 to 7 years HR generalist experience, 3 years people management experiences
  • Sound understanding and proven track record in organization development and partnering with the business on HR matters
  • Robust work experience with best practice service organisation with proven track record of working effectively within a team-based environment, some experience in managing others
  • Possess experience implementing and administering performance review and development planning processes
  • Experience in coaching line managers on human-resources-related topics
  • Some experience in facilitation focus group discussion or small learning groups
  • Hands on experienced in the full spectrum of human resource and solid knowledge of local employment legislation and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in facilitating and administering salary planning process
  • Demonstrate good analytical problem solving skills and use reporting analytics to drive HR solutions
