  • We are looking for a HR Practitioner with strong generalist experience and understanding of the Malaysian HR field. The ideal applicant will have a mixture of generalist experience and strong exposure to the payroll process. You must be an excellent communicator able to handle queries and ensure that our people get the best support at all times. Key Accountabilities:
  • To provide payroll adjustment for BSC and coordinate with HRIS and Payroll department as well as the HRBP
  • To collate and update the shift allowance table for monthly payroll adjustment
  • Prepare HR related correspondence for scheduled activities and ad hoc basis
  • To back up the administration of visa applications and other admin matters related to visa, employment pass, dependent pass or business visa with MDec or relevant embassies and authorities
  • To provide back up to maintain the staff probation tracker for confirmation or further HR action and liaise with relevant HR Business Partner
  • Employment contract generation, maintenance and renewal
  • Work closely with HRBP on mobilisation and demobilisation activities
  • Verify medical claims for staff against the Company's current policy
  • Verify medical certificates against the leave record on monthly basis and recommend next course of action and report the trend
  • Provide monthly headcount reports to the business line
  • Provide admin support across HR functions and any other HR admin support as and when required
  • Assist to verify the invoice from the vendor with the line managers
  • Prepare induction pack and schedule induction with new hires and respective stakeholders
  • Manage demobilization - ensure Demobilization Checklist duly returned by Line Manager
  • Ensure proper employees' P-files maintenance for annual audit review

  • Bachelor degree or diploma in Human Resources, Social Science or any relevant tertiary
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with at least one year in payroll verification and approval
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook and other database management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency to achieve results with a resourceful , open and team based approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple demands
  • Shared service experience will be an added advantage
