Our client, a heavy engineering company who offer products and solutions to the Mining, Road and Construction Sectors, are currently seeking an International Sales Manager to join their business to lead, manage and develop the Global Sales resources and activities to secure and continuously grow order Intake.
Working closely with the Managing Director to develop an integrated customer focused sales strategy, the international sales manager will represent our client in front of their Customers and develop positive working relationships to create repeat order business.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•The strategic identification of new market opportunity;
•Positioning the business appropriately to capitalise on sales opportunities;
•Reaching sales and profit targets;
•Reaching unit targets;
•Winning new customers;
•Opening new market opportunities;
•Building relationships that drive growth and continual value.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of selling large, complex mechanically engineered solutions on an international scale and can point to specific examples of surpassing sales targets and winning new customers globally. Key to this position is an aptitude for and experience of Technical Sales and a desire to travel extensively on a global basis. It is also important that your ability to communicate and negotiate are exceptional and will be able to give examples where this capability has resulted in sales success and continued client relationships.
