The Finance Shared Services Organization is responsible for the effective performance of specific finance areas, managing a wide range of processes, such as Accounts Payable & Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger, Closing & Reporting and Controlling. Altogether, our team provides value adding support towards business operations.

Purpose of the job:
The Team Leader manages individual performance and builds teamwork within his/her team, while ensuring effective performance of the team's process within region or countries assigned.
His/her roles and responsibilities include:
Supervises team's transactions processing allocated in the portfolio (either for AP, Cash Management, General Ledger, C&R areas)
Communicate clear ditrections to team members with regards to the transactions processing or business requirments
Ensures compliance with General Accounting Policies and Procedures as guidance for team members
Supervises General Accounting and Period End Routine activities Ensures achievement of service delivery requirements
Acts as business partner to Local parts and SSC counterparts
Initiates and drives Continuous Improvement in his/her team.
Performs coaching, mentoring and talent development activities for his/her team
Educational Background: Professional Education Level or University Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration.
Work Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting/Banking area
Solid accounting knowledge.
Familiar with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), relevant European GAAP (generally Accepted Accounting Principles), company, legal and tax requirements will represent a great asset
Experience in SAP or ERP environment is a plus
PC literate (MS-office tools - MS Excel is a must)
Language skills: good English level (mandatory)
