Performs schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities, as directed
Position Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsible for assigned scheduling functions. Direct interface with management, and field teams as necessary for cost and schedule control monitoring, analysis and reporting
Provides day-to-day support to project team, and detailed monitoring and analysis of project budgets, schedules and actuals. Interfaces with other members of the project team, customers and others
Updates and maintains the project schedule data base information
Provides support to project financial reporting and trending functions and the invoice/billing review process as required
Provides support to PC Supervisor as requested
Supervises other project controls engineers for specific focus areas
Independently provides financial, cost reporting, trending analysis and recommends corrective actions
Responsible for analysis, development and presentation of impact integration measures
A recognized degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 2 years of project controls experience
Experience using Excel, Access, Word and Primavera, Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel
Applicants must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to walk at least 3 miles per day over uneven ground and be able to climb stair towers 75' in height at least 6 times per day to access project equipment.
