This is an exciting opportunity to work for a great local employer that are focussed in the window/ conservatory manufacture and installation. They are looking for a customer service/Scheduling assistant to work in their call centre in High Hazels.

Job purpose

• The Customer Care Assistant acts as a liaison, provides product/services information and resolves any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency
• The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities
• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Schedule in fitting appointments for installation/repairs
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications/Personal Attributes
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
