£50,000 to £55,000 + Car + Package

Are you a Mechanical Project Manager?

And looking to progress your career with a well established M&E contractor?

Is answer YES? Then this is the perfect opportunity to work for a well established M&E contractor.

With excellent clientele, their £100m turnover is secured well in advance for the year ahead. Offering a combined M&E service, with projects in retail and commercial sectors.

Ideally candidates will come from an M&E Sub Contractual background and have good retail experience as you will be working heavily on the retail side of the business. Values range between £100,000 to £2m.

Duties include:

1 Organise / Chair progress meetings with clients, sub contractors and specialist sub. Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
2 Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
3 Involvement with the tender.
4 Project managed daily activities on site.
5 Writing of risk assessments and Method statements.
6 Involvement with end of project commissioning.
7 Planning projects from conception to completion.
8 Preparing time programmes.
9 Managing site personnel, Supervisors, trade sub-contractors etc.
10 Quantifying and purchasing materials.
11 Carrying out final demonstrations and handover to clients.
