Are you a Mechanical Project Manager? Looking to progress your career with a well established M&E contractor?

If the answer YES, then this is your opportunity to work for a well established National M&E building services contractor out of the southern office. With an excellent list of clientele, their business is ever expending with a planned turnover of £100m for 2016.

Their capabilities over the years have extended to include a combined M&E service, offering a start to finish service into markets such as government, commercial, health, hotels, education and retail. Values range between £10,000 to £12m.

Ideally candidates will come from an M&E Sub Contractual background and have a good mix in the industry sectors.

Duties include:

1 Organise / Chair progress meetings with clients, sub contractors and specialist sub. Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
2 Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
3 Involvement with the tender.
4 Project managed daily activities on site.
5 Writing of risk assessments and Method statements.
6 Involvement with end of project commissioning.
7 Planning projects from conception to completion.
8 Preparing time programmes.
9 Managing site personnel, Supervisors, trades sub-contractors etc.
10 Quantifying and purchasing materials.
11 Carrying out final demonstrations and handover to clients.
