Mechanical Project Manager required for a well established Mechanical contractor. My client has an excellent list of clientele.|
Are you a Mechanical Project Manager? Looking to progress your career with a well established Mechanical contractor?
Their experience and understanding of clients enables them to provide the right service and solution. High end Mechanical commercial fit out contractor. Values range between £10,000 and £500,000.
Ideally candidates will come from a Mechanical Sub Contractual background and have experience of a similar industry.
1 Organise / Chair progress meetings with clients, sub contractors and specialist sub. Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
2 Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
3 Involvement with the tender.
4 Project managed daily activities on site.
5 Writing of risk assessments and Method statements.
6 Involvement with end of project commissioning.
7 Planning projects from conception to completion.
8 Preparing time programmes.
9 Managing site personnel, Supervisors, trades sub-contractors etc.
10 Quantifying and purchasing materials.
11 Carrying out final demonstrations and handover to clients.
12 Travelling between projects to ensure all is going to plan.
