Do you want to work on one of the regions largest new build housing developments for one of the most well resourced and well organised PLC developers? |
Do you want a significant uplift on your salary and a very competitive package? In most cases my client can offer this.
Are you a Senior Site Manager with considerable timber frame housing experience? Do you want to take ownership of a new phase of 200 units from the very start and build a team around you? If so, this could be the role for you...
...The site is based near Crawley and other phases are already in Construction. The Senior Site Manager will work closely with the overall Project Manager and Contracts Manager and retain tight control of the new phase from the very start. They will be instrumental in selecting a Site Manager and two Assistant Site Managers to work under them.
This is a fast track phase with the aim of delivering circa 200 timber frame flats and houses over a two year period. The resources and back up from technical and commercial are second to none and everything is in place to support the site team.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £65k + a comprehensive package. You will also have the chance to prove yourself and then go into a Project Management role leading your own large scheme. If you are interested to find out more then please give me a call today.
