The organisation has built their well-established brand for almost 50 years with the manufacture, supply and installation of their products to over a million customers throughout the nation. |
As a Customer Operations Manager you will be accountable for the management of all orders and customer service KPI s as well as working closely with the Senior Installation Manager to support the regions achievement of all operational KPIs. The role is customer focused to ensure an excellent experience for all customers through the efficient logistics management of all orders to meet the customers expectation and installation deadlines.
To be considered to be a Customer Operations Manager you must be:
A minimum of 2 years experience managing a team of people and directing activities.
A minimum of 2 years managerial experience working within the customer service sector
Proven experience of delivering cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Proven experience of profit and loss responsibility.
Experience of scheduling a pipeline of work.
Highly organised approach to workload with exceptional time management skills.
The ability to work to strict deadlines in a fact paced target driven environment.
Previous experience within the home improvement sector (desirable)
