As Senior Predictive Analyst Contractor, you'll drive a customer focussed approach to the setting of strategies and effective customer contact planning across Inbound and Outbound channels. You'll create descriptive and predictive analytics models that add real value to our future decision making process. And you'll present the predictive modelling output to key stakeholders in order to influence its effective use across the operational customer contact systems. It's a role with significant responsibility, but with your expertise and enthusiasm, you'll ensure our future success.

What you'll do:

* Build and develop statistical models and segmentations to increase xsell and improve retentions
* Improve the effective internal communication and understanding around modelling techniques
* Work in partnership with the Data Management Analysts to ensure that our predictive models are implemented accurately
* Mentor and coach the less experienced members of the team
* Support the evaluation of identifying new predictive data sources and analytics tools

You'll definitely have:

* A high level of numeracy and statistical knowledge
* Proficient in SAS Enterprise Guide and EMiner
* Data extraction skills including SAS SQL programming
* Previous experience in developing propensity models and segmentation techniques
* A strong technical toolset including Qlickview and Netezza
* Previous analytical industry experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
