Steve Lord is recruiting for a 3rd line application support analyst to work for a developer of clinical data management software and tools. The 3rd line support analyst will be working at their HQ in Hoddesdon on an initial 6 month contract, with frequent and regular travel required to and around Scotland.|
Overall function of the job:
The primary function of this role will be to determine, plan, and support roll out of software to GP practices across Scotland. Responding to application support issues, queries, incidents and problems, providing a customer focused support service by phone and email when required.
As the 3rd line application support Analyst you will have the following skills and experience:
-Software deployment experience using Altris, SCCM and scripting skills for automation.
-Domain admin, AD 2008>, Group Policies, Server 2003>
-VMware, VDI, Citrix, Endpoint OS, XP and above.
-Packaging knowledge, understanding error logs and events faced in packaging software
-Networking experience and knowledge - firewalls, proxies, TCP/IP, DNS, Ports, etc)
-Background as a desktop support engineer
-Previous NHS or Pharma experience desirable
