You will be part of First Line Support/Helpdesk team and ensuring that a confident and professional level of customer service is being delivered. This Team is a busy department involving dealing with a variety of calls.|
Duties to include -
* Answering incoming calls within an appropriate time frame, to a high level of customer service.
* Take responsibility for the resolution of 1st line faults
* Logging calls accurately in the call management system.
* Follow all internal processes to ensure service activity targets are met.
* Working within the team to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus
