HR Software Implementation Consultant - HR / HCM / Cloud|
Implementation Consultant required by dynamic, rapidly expanding HR cloud software solution vendor.
My client produces a world class suite of cloud based HR solutions and due to rapid growth they are now seeking a number of talented Implementation Consultants for their professional services team. This is a well-established, fast growing company that has a strong pipeline of projects and they can offer an exciting client facing role working with the latest HR cloud technology built on the (url removed) platform.
As Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for the full end-toend delivery and implementation of this companies cloud based HR software systems. You will build strong relationships with client stakeholders and will demonstrate the solutions and its many capabilities. You will undertake requirements gathering sessions and workshops and will then scope, design, plan and project manage the full implementation. This role will see you carry out hands-on configuration of the solutions and you will also provide post implementation support and user training.
To be considered you must be an Implementation Consultant or Project Manager with a strong track record in the delivery of HR solutions. You might be working for a leading HR solution vendor or you may be working for a large enterprise where you have overseen the implementation of HR systems. You will have strong skills in gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, process analysis and project management and you will have exposure across the full end-to-end lifecycle of implementations. You will be competent in managing project risks and issues and changing customer requirements. You will possess a good knowledge of HR software solutions and will have a good understanding of the HR department, challenges and processes within it. Finally, you will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
