Pre-Sales Director with strong track record of enterprise software sales required by new and highly innovative software house.
This rapidly expanding company have already sold their omnichannel software platform to a number of massive names and they are now seeking a Director level Pre-Sales professional to act as a subject matter expert for its software products across one of three target industry verticals: retail, telecommunications carriers or device manufacturers.
This company's suite of software includes tablet-based assisted sales and sales management tools and working closely with the Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams you will provide detailed presentations and product demonstrations to support every step of the sales process as well as capturing client insights and requirements to drive the product roadmap.
As well as developing and delivering outstanding client specific presentations and demo's, you will facilitate client workshops to uncover details of business challenges and opportunities, identifying strategic business and technology goals and KPI's that can be achieved for customers through the implementation of the company's software. You will take ownership of all RFI/RFP requests, ensuring they are completed within the agreed deadline and to a high standard and will provide sales support and product management insight, giving feedback to product managers that can be used to influence the product roadmap.
In order to be considered you will be a senior / director level Pre Sales professional who has a demonstrable track record of enterprise software sales gained within one of the three target industry verticals: retail, telecommunications carriers or device manufacturers. You will ideally have a strong technical understanding of omni-channel sales processes, systems integration models, business intelligence and customer journey analytics, application security and performance management with the ability to explain and demonstrate key concepts and benefits to stakeholders across a range of seniority and technical competence You will posses an exceptional ability to develop a strong understanding of each target customer's business operations, challenges and opportunities to identify strategic business and technology goals and how they can be met using the company's software and you will have a good commercial understanding of the sales process, ideally gained within a similar, software sales environment, demonstrating a broad understanding of enterprise software licensing and implementation models.
